Can I use my own mascot?
Yes. Upload a picture of your mascot and the agent makes a character sheet from it and uses it instead of Sunny, without changing its colours or design.
Does the ad show my logo?
Yes. Attach your logo and it appears exactly as you supplied it on the end card, with your offer as on-screen text.
What sizes can I make?
9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 1:1 for feeds, or 16:9 for YouTube and websites, at 10, 15 or 30 seconds.
Will it make claims about my business?
No. The ad only says what you write in your brief. It doesn't invent prices, ratings or guarantees.
Can I reuse the mascot in more ads?
Yes. The mascot is saved to your character library, so your next ad, post or video uses the same character.
